This is a beautiful Ladies' blouse from New Directions

Material is pleated throughout the body

Sleeves are gathered

The pattern is floral with black and blue floral outlines and green leaves

Neck comes down in a U shape with a long black bead sewn here

Turn garment inside out and hand wash or machine wash cold with like colors and gentle cycle.  Lay flat to dry. 

Nice vintage condition with no rips, tears or stains.
