Frankoma 4th Issue 1975 Signers of the Declaration of Independence - Victories for Independence

This is the fourth issue of Frankoma's "Signers of the Declaration of Independence" Collector Plates.  This one is dated 1975 and signed by John Frank. The back of the plate has all the signers signature around the edge of the plate.  There are two holes made in the plate for easy hanging. 

This plate is Bi-Centennial Celebration 'Victories for Independence' which is at the top at the top and 'United States of America' at the bottom of the plate.

In relief around the plates are depictions of historical Victories for Independence- such as:

Kings Mountain
Bonhomme Riochard
Peace Treaty
Surrender at yhorktown
Clark's Ohio River Flatboats
American Flag

At the bottom is a picture of "John Paul Jones" in relief.
