This beautiful designed plate comes with COA and is in new condition with original papers. Produced in 1985 by The Historic Providence Mint, original design by medallic sculptor Ceasar Rufo and with Harris Hien. Plate features proof quality presses in solid copper, then electroplated with 24 karat gold & sterling silver.

The plate is new in original box with papers, and the outside sleeve on box shows minimal fading, inside original box has no issues. Please notice the last picture it is the original receipt which shows what I paid for this item, offered here with a discount.
