For your consideration, here is a Metzeler Tire Company Blue Elephant Bobble Head. It has some wear and nicks on it.  Most are on the edge of the base.  There are some spots on the back where the it is like missing a bit of the finish.   The head of it nods fine.  There is a worn label on the bottom of it.  It stands 4 1/2 inches tall.  The base has a diameter of 3 inches.  It is made of plastic and is surprisingly heavy.
