This sale is for a hard-to-find 1936 retired library hardback book without a dust jacket entitled " Art and the Machine-An Account of Industrial Design in 20th century America" by Sheldon Cheney and Martha Candler Cheney. It has 307 pages. No writing in it other than usual library notations. Some discoloration on the front end sheets. No torn or missing pages. Some wear on the cover and tears on the spine. Inside pages are crisp and sharp.   See photographs for condition issues.
