Used; like new; the DVD case has scratches, dents and a partial puncture (on the back). It is no longer new & sealed like it shows in the pics. It was watched once. It was actually returned due to the close captions not working. The movies play like any other DVD except the close captions option won't function.

When it comes to brand new CD's/DVD's/BLU-RAY's/Video Games/VHS's/BOOKS, you cannot return them if you open seal. You can only return it if you change your mind and don't open it and return it in the same condition you received it or if it is defected.
