Standard Paper Manufacturing of Richmond VA used this blotter to advertise their line of blotters. This one has a dog and a cat and it is signed by King Studios.  There is a little stain from water on the right but otherwise in good condition. It is black printing on cream blotter with light blue highlights. It measures 9 x 6 inches.
