Antique Seth Thomas Mantle Clock - Vintage Decorative Timepiece.  I did wind it up did that fine.  I tried to get it to keep time but was on an uneven surface had trouble.  I think it will but can't guarantee it.  So because that sell as is but beleive it would keep time if on even ground.
