This is great vintage book on operation procedures.

The Medical illustrations are beautiful.

The book does have writing on the cover, on the inside of the front cover , and on the back cover, but not any where else.

One of the middle pages has come undone from the spine.

It does show wear from age, but overall, it is in good condition for it's age.
