Unit was damaged in shipping, actual photos are shown, but may be functional. There is a crack on the right side below the water reservoir that runs in and around the coffee heating element towards the front of the unit. There's also a significant crack on the left side that runs diagonally down towards the front and ends alongside the espresso drip tray.  Unfortunate because it was never used and we sold them for $400.  All the non damaged parts are brand new, and comes with the original box.
