This small chocker / breastplate is hand-made in Peru from cattle bones. This is not an artifact, it has been made in the last 10 years in the style of the First Nations People of North America. The bones are intentionally stained in placed to give an antique look. The chocker measures 55cm and breast plate stands 8cm high and is 11cm wide. The piece is decorated with a piece of polished coconut shell and ia adorned with glass beads (red, light blue and dark blue), and also contains purple clay beads. This item is perfect for Western Theme dress-up parties.
