BENA FRANK MAYER: THE ART OF LIFE by Ann Geracirnos During all the years that Bena Frank Mayer and her late husband, Ralph, worked tirelessly on behalf of artists, she continued to create her own spir- ited, expressionist paintings. Here the artist candidly reflects on her life and her art. Some of her landscapes and still lifes are shown, many of which have never before been published.

THE WATERCOLOR PAGE: PETER EICHNER-DIXON This artist says his paintings are a visual form of language with which he communicates complex inner states and relationships between nature and mankind. Here he discusses his techniques. Some of his symbolic works are shown.
