This is a 1969 vintage Sarah Coventry brooch.The pin/brooch title is Holiday Ice.  Large emerald green colored main stone with clear rhinestones around the main stone. There is a mark (line) on the back of the stone, see pictures for full description. Pin is very sharp.  All rhinestones are present and intact. Silvertone leaf style design wraps around the emeald green/shaped large stone.  Sarah Coventry mark on the back.  Beautiful piece from a company that no longer exist.
