Vintage Department 56 figurine of "Nicholas Hanging Coat" from the 1995 All Through the House Collection.  

Nicholas stands 5-1/4 inches high and the base is approximately 2-1/2 inches by 4 inches.

This colorful solid resin figurine depicts little Nicholas trying to hang up his coat but his dog won't let him.  

The bottom of the base is stamped "Nicholas Hanging Coat" made exclusively for Department 56.  There is also a small paper label with the Department 56 logo along with Handpainted in the Philippines.  There is no box.

Very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks.  Great gift item or a nice piece for display.
