Used GM upper front control arm shock mount isolator bushing.  This fits either side LH (driver's) side or RH (passenger's) side. This steel/rubber bonded isolator bushing sits under the front upper control arm where the shock meets the control arm.   Sold individually.  This IS NOT the rubber pad that holds the shock/strut to the spring!  Fits the following:
