There is a 1/4" vertical tear at the front lower spine edge, plus wear & chipping to edges & corners, with scratches, folds, indentations, lesser tears, rub-wear, browning pages, soiling, etc -- spine shows NO lean, with slight bowing, & 2 faint top to bottom creases, plus 1 side-to-side crease & partials -- NO WRITING & NO OTHER UNDERLINING & NO HIGHLIGHTING!!! -- overall condition Good Minus
