This is a pair of  New Without Tags (I took the tag off and never wore these pants) Riders by Lee Women's  Dark Navy Blue (Almost black)  Pin Stripe Pants in Size 16.

These pants feature a double button and zipper closure, 2 front pockets. and 2 back pockets, and 6 belt loops.

Measurements:

 Across the waist is about 18 inches, from the top of the pants to the bottom is about 41 inches, and the inseam is about 31 inches.
