Vintage Blue-Tip Cigars double-sided cardstock fan/light hanger with string.  

This 6-3/8" by 4-1/2" double-sided cardboard advertising sign is in very good vintage condition.  The cardboard has yellowed slightly with age but there are no damage issues and the colors are bright.

These were used in shops to hang from a string or chain on a ceiling fan or light.  They would twirl in the breeze and attract attention to the products.
