Description:
White Sz L Xhilaration Rayon gauze mini festival hippie peasant dress has wide smocked elastic waist and neck. The sleeves are about elbow length on my mannequin and are trimmed with tassels (fringe). This dress has gorgeous gold embroidery on the sleeves and is fully lined. Size is marked as Large but will also fit size Medium. Shown on mannequin who measures 42-33-44.
Condition:
This is previously owned but shows only light and gentle use. No issues noted. I'm not sure if this is vintage or newer, but it definitely has the vintage look.

Bust measures about 22 inches across from under arms and across bra area without stretching fabric
Waist is raised and measures about 15 inches not stretching the elastic, to about 20 inches across stretched.
Hips are about 22 inches across
Sleeve Measures about 9 inches from under arm seam seam to end of tassle fringe
Length from shoulder to hem is about 40 inches.
