Vinyl plays with crackles and some clicks (play-graded). Cover looks good, moderate scuffing, creasing, discoloration with darker spots (front/back); surface abrasion on front near right center and some surface impressions, especially at top right. Tape on back at center left and price printed near top left. Inner-sleeve is generic white. Spine is somewhat readable with splits and wear. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. Red "6-eye" label. (Not a cut-out.)
Pinocchio, performed by Mickey Rooney, was the soundtrack from the television musical version of the old Italian favorite. Once more the puppet goes through a series of amusing and fantastic adventures before he is magically transformed into a human being. This adaptation featured Rooney as Ponocchio, and also starred Fran Allion, Jerry Colonna, Stubby Kaye, and Martyn Green. This production was created and staged by Yasha Frank, with Alec Wilder and William Engvick composing the music and lyrics.
