This is a lapel/hat pin from the USPS that is a replica of the stamp that represents Mt Ranier in Washington state.  25 cent denomination.  It is gold tone metal and multi colored enameled detailed picture.  Lock back is tight.  There is a flaw in the finish in the upper left hand corner.  See pictures for full description.
