This sale is for a Mirabilia Designs Cross Stitch Pattern called "Three for Tea" by Nora Corbett.  Pattern doesn't appear to have been removed but envelope has been torn and the gold decal has tape on it. It is being sold "As Is."  See photographs for condition issues.
  
I ship within five business days from the receipt of payment for this item. I will be glad to combine shipping to save buyers on postage costs.   I will upgrade shipping method if the shipping price paid allows me to do so. I contact my buyers after I have mailed the item with information such as tracking numbers, insurance, etc.
