This is Charlton Heston's audio version of his wonderful 4 DVD set that he put out through the GoodTimes label back in the 1990's. If you've seen "Charlton Heston Presents The Bible" on A&E or have it on DVD then you're already familiar with this set as far as content goes.

This isn't the audio from the movies. This is Charlton Heston in a first class recording studio re-recording it for fans like me who love to listen to this as I'm driving. His voice is so rich and resonant and the recordings capture this beautifully. They also make wonderful use of Leonard Rosenman's commanding and epic score.

If you love listening to bible stories or are a Charlton Heston fan then treat yourself to this. It's an awesome work like the actor who puts his heart and soul into these fine performances. Enjoy!
