Beautiful vintage hand painted Narumi Occupied Japan cup and saucer set in the discontinued Laurel pattern.  This pattern has gold rings and trim with black leaf and scroll designs on a cream background. 

The cup is 2-1/4 inches high and the saucer is 5-1/2 inches in diameter. The bottom is stamped in red with Holly China, Narumi, Occupied Japan, Laurel, Hand Painted. 

This hard-to-find set is in excellent and very clean condition with no chips or cracks.
