The oval plaque measures approximately 2 1/2 inches high and 2" inches at its widest point.  The leather braided strap measures 21" inches long and the tips of the straps have finials with a floral design that has HEALTHY TRUE LOVE written on it, has a small crimp area on cord see last pic.
