Vintage Style Electrical Plug - Mid-Century Embossed Ribbed Design - Bakelite Reproduction for Antique Lamps, Fans, etc, cord rewiring

These historically accurate reproduction plugs add the perfect finishing touch to your lamp rewire, lighting creation, fan, radio or other small appliance refurbish project.


NOTE: The color of the plug insulator is now red, not black


True to the classic design, they are an antique style hard plastic bakelite type shell with a removable insulator that fits snugly over the prongs. These are extremely easy to work with: simply connect your wires to the screw terminals inside, then slide on the insulator until it snaps into place. Done! 


Also, these are a great option if you are looking for a 2-prong polarized plug, vs our other vintage style plugs which are unpolarized. These plug have one blade larger than the other, and fit into an outlet only one way, so you have a dedicated hot/neutral designation (the larger silver blade is "neutral", the thinner brass blade is "hot")
