When people first meet someone, there usually open minded (unless they've been prepared beforehand on what to expect). They wait to see what the new person's style is. That's because of the Box you put him in. very often people are thrown into boxes without saying a word. They are pegged as a certain type because they are manager or worker; from accounting or production; male or female; black or white; old or young. This stereotyping leaves little room to hear what the person is actually saying.
