Composition:

1 tablet contains 50 mg standardized dry extract of ginger (Zingiber officinale) with 10% gingerols. 50 mg of standardized extract is equivalent to 500 mg of ginger powder

Dosage:

The tablet is small, tasteless and convenient to swallow with a glass of water. Do not chew!

Children between 3 and 5 years old - 1 tablet 1 to 2 times a day. Maximum intake - 2 tablets per day.
Children between 6 and 11 years old - 1 tablet 1 to 4 times a day. Maximum intake - 4 tablets per day.
Adults and children over 12 years old - 2 tablets from 1 to 4 times a day.
Pregnant women - 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet. in the evening or 2 tablets in the morning. Maximum intake - 2 tablets
