An ORS Solution for particular medical purposes. It is formulated for nutritional regulation in acute vomiting and diarrhea in infants and young children.

This is a ready-to-use carrot and rice decoction with electrolytes—an oral rehydration solution.

Ingredients: water, 26% carrots, 2% rice, glucose syrup, salt, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, acidity regulator citric acid.

If the doctor has not prescribed otherwise:
In order for the child's body to quickly recover lost water and salts, the first 3-4 hours used only in HiPP ORS 200:

with minimal dehydration (weight loss up to 3%): 20-30 ml/kg of weight;
with mild and moderate dehydration (weight loss 3-8%): 30-80ml/kg of weight;
in case of severe dehydration: treatment only under medical supervision.

Important note: use under the supervision of a healthcare professional; is not the only source of nutrition. Recommendations for use: Do not use it for babies younger than 4 months.

Tip: Always keep ORS200 in your home medicine cabinet so that you can rehydrate as quickly as possible in case of diarrhea/vomiting.
