BUTTERICK PATTERN 4010 C SIZE 7 CHILD'S COSTUMES FLYING BOY FAIRY PIRATE. This is a multi-sized pattern that has been cut for the size 7.  This will fit a child with the following measurements:  

(Size 7 - Chest/Breast-26, Waist-23, Hip-27)

Loose fitting tunic (two lengths) has button/thread loop, dropped shoulders with full length sleeves elasticized at wrists or extended armholes.  Loose fitting vest (two lengths) has extended armholes, shaped hem.  Pants have elasticized waistline and knees.  Fitted tutu with trim, ribbon tie, shoulder straps, back zipper.  Mask belts, buckle, hat, eye patch included.  Purchased skull applique. The pattern has been used, is complete in good condition, and has the instruction sheet, The envelope is in poor condition with wear on the corners, tears and splits on the side. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
