They make 2 different covers, one has ends made to the spare cover and ones without ends made to the cover - see schematic.  This is WITHOUT park sensors, and one piece with sides made to the center type. 

Fits: 2007-2016 Montero or Pajero WITHOUT PARK SENSOR holes.
