This is for a Mercedes OM617 oil filter housing with the turbo inlet on the side plate. The side plate is what determines the application on these. You can also use this on non-turbo motors if you swap out the side plates. This includes the cover and the turbo banjo bolt fitting.
The housing to block seal that you want for this is part number 748420 made by Elring. Elring was Mercedes' OEM manufacturer for that seal. When Mercedes discontinued the seal Elring kept making them. Don't overpay for an NOS Mercedes branded seal. The seal that Elring makes today is the same seal.
