You are looking at a lovely, vintage Fourth issue in Zolans Children Collector Plates titled "For You" by Donald Zolan for Viletta Fina China. 

Limited to a 22 day firing schedule permanently closed in 1981, this collector plate measures 8 1/2 inches across and comes complete with it's original paperwork and certificate of authenticity.
