Why buy this Pure Organic Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder?
  • This higher grade culinary matcha is from the early season harvests and hence perfect to be used in many ways - as matcha green tea (optionally with honey and lemon); matcha lattes, shakes, smoothies, desserts, baking, cooking, cookies, breakfast cereal. Keep this matcha in a shaker (like salt and pepper) and sprinkle on almost any food to add umami taste.
  • Our matcha is direct from the Kagoshima prefecture in Japan. The tea plantations are high altitude with natural, pure and pristine conditions for high quality tea plantations. This matcha is Yabukita cultivar, which is the first originally registered matcha cultivar in Japan since 1953.
  • While many can claim their matcha green tea to be organic and from Japan, the processing of tea leaves into matcha also makes a difference in quality. Our matcha tea leaves are hand picked (not machine harvested), steamed and then air dried (not oven dried artificially), and stone ground into a fine powder, less than 20 micron in size.
  • Matcha tea farm is certified organic by USDA, JAS. All natural and pure matcha green tea, with no added colours or flavours
  • FSSC22000 certified manufacturing standards, from growing and harvesting to creating the matcha tea powder
  • Rejuvenate your mind, body and soul by making this matcha part of your healthy lifestyle.

Pinnacle Matcha Manufacturing Process

  • Matcha tea plants are SHADE GROWN so they develop an intense bright green color and accumulate maximum nutritional value.
  • For this matcha, usually the second harvest leaves are HAND PICKED for a more prominent and authentic flavour of the resulting matcha powder.
  • The leaves are then steamed and AIR DRIED. Note that they are not dried artificially just to speed up the process.
  • Finally, a fine, smooth Matcha powder is created using GRANITE STONES GRIND.
  • PINNACLE MATCHA IS AUTHENTIC MATCHA POWDER WITHOUT ANY COMPROMISE.
