For your consideration, here is a Dymo Organizer Xpress Embossing Label Maker, Used, with Black Tape.  The labeler has been tested.  It works great.  There is a photo of a sample embossing.  It has a little wear on it.  There is a Dymo black glossy 3/8 inch tape loaded in it, with about half the tape left on it.
