Neon Genesis Evangelion Platinum, Volume 01.  The Platinum Collection was the definitive DVD release of this critically acclaimed and highly influential anime series, and is now out of print.  Comes in a limited edition slipcover box with the first volume, containing episodes 1-5 and a paperboard placeholder which can be removed to make room for the other 6 volumes.  Also includes the booklet for Volume 1, but is missing the decal mentioned on the packaging.  Everything is in good condition.
