New No Box 13815A Steel Spur Gear 8" 40 Teeth 3" Bore 1-3/4" wide. the Outside diameter is about 8-3/8" 
There is a fish symbol on the gear with a S in it but I could not find who that trademark belongs to.
Rusty from sitting on a shelf for years without being in a box.

This is surplus to a now closed factory that kept spare parts on the shelf and may show shelf wear and have some dust on them
