Chinese Renault FT light tank with ZB24 machine gun
The French Renault FT light tanks entered Chinese service in 1919 when French tanks stationed in Vladivostok were given to the Fengtien Army of Zhang Zuolin, more vehicles were acquired in 1924 and these were used to protect the Sino-Soviet border and in action against warlord Wu Peifu. The tanks were armed with locally produced 37 mm guns and ZB 24 machine guns. After the Japanese invasion almost all FTs were handed over to the Manchukuo Imperial Army but a few still soldiered on with Kuomintang forces.
This model is 3D printed and meant to be an economical alternative to wargamers wanting to expand their armies, it can also be used to build dioramas.
This model is made in four parts, turret, hull and tracks. The model will be sent with support material still attached for better safety during transport, cutting and cleaning by the buyer will be needed before assembly. The model is printed using PLA and gluing is needed, if adding accessories to it superglue type glue will be required or other epoxy glue.
The pictures are from one sample model and some painted shots, the models are similar in grade of detail after print cleaning. The model is dispatched in a postal cardboard box with protective material inside for better safety.
