Break-in note: If you have not worn arch supports before, it is important to allow yourself and your feet some time to adjust to the new support.  We suggest you wear the Orthaheel Pronation Control Shoes 2-3 hours for the first 3 - 4 days.  After this initial break-in period, wearing the shoes all day should be comfortable and enjoyable. Some individuals take longer to adjust to the support, while others feel the benefits and comfort as soon as they start wearing them.

Australian podiatrist Phillip J. Vasyli has achieved groundbreaking research in lower-limb biomechanics and orthotic treatments. Having successfully treated more than 50,000 patients, he also has founded three specialty clinics in Sydney and consults with clinics and practitioners across the globe.

Upon founding Vasyli International in 1979, Phil invented his first heat-moldable, pre-fabricated orthotic that dramatically altered the podiatric medical scene, offering a less expensive, more efficient alternative to traditional orthotic treatment.
