Our three varieties Ian, Gabe, and Jules have a pleasant with highly sweet low acid flavors which are best eaten fresh from the plants.
✅ The plants flower early in the spring, with deep pink buds changing to bright white when in full bloom for about 10 days. The flower buds are deep pink changing to bright white when in full bloom. The plants will yield 8 to 12 pounds when they are mature and the fruits are easily harvested on the long slender fruiting stems. The fruits will begin ripening the first week of June in USDA zone 7.
