Overall for vintage paper this is in good condition, it was stored folded in half so there is a crease in the middle and a few light bends on the edges.

Paper placemat that I am assuming would be used at a restaurant, shows a variety of what look to be comical scenes but they are in another language so I have added several pictures.
There is no date that I see, the back is blank.
