Tenax Cement Remover is a water-based descaling detergent that removes dirt such as joint residues, rust, traces of wall painting, mineral deposits. Excellent degreaser.
Pleasantly scented
Does not contain hydrochloric acid
Does not attack cement joints
Does not emit corrosive fumes for metals
Concentrated, to be diluted with water
Ideal for indoor and outdoor use
GENERAL PURPOSE CLEANING
Cement Remover can be used as a high powered cleaner on a variety of materials, as long as they are acid resistant When it is diluted to the proper strength, it can be used to clean dirt and residue from the following surfaces:
Acid resistant stones
Clinker gres
Cotto
Glazed ceramics
*Cements: Always work with the surface saturated with water. Carefully consider the product concentration and contact times for the porosity of the cement and limestone layer to be removed.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Remove excess loose dirt. Protect anything that may be damaged by acid splashes. If the surface is very absorbent it should be well moistened with water before starting work. Apply the diluted product on the surface using a brush or sponge. Leave on for recommended time (at least 2-3 minutes) depending on the type of dirt to be removed; after a maximum of 30 minutes rinse with water. In case of very stubborn dirt repeat the treatment in the same manner. The product can be applied using a cleaning machine (single-brush or scrubber)
CEMENT REMOVER WATER MIX RATIOS:
Stainless steel and ceramic: solution 1-3% (10/30 grams per liter of water) Terracotta and Klinker: 3-6% solution (30/60 grams per liter of water)
CAUTION:
Do not use in combination with detergents containing hypochlorite. Do not use on marble and other acid sensitive surfaces, may cause corrosion and irreversible opacity. When a surface is treated for the first we suggest testing the product on a small hidden area.
