This is for a new old stock Anpanman sandwich bag (at least that's what I believe it is).  This has never been opened, and is dated 1998, Bandai.  There is a little dirt at the final "N" in "ANPANMAN" on the front of the package (see picture). Obscure hard to find piece that was only available in Japan (a Japanese friend visited the US and brought this to me back in 1999).
