This is for the Instruction Booklet that accompanied the Transformers figure, Thrust, which was part of the Evil Decepticons line.  Booklet unfolds to 20 3/4" x 4 1/4".  No tears, but does have some minor edge bumping and dimpling.  Booklet explains how to transform the figure.
