Preparation1 packet 'Kau' Herbal Mix 1kg meat (chicken, mutton or others) cut to preferred size1500ml (6 rice bowls) water3 whole garlic1 tbsp dark soy sauce1 tbsp light soy sauce1 tsp oyster sauceSalt according to taste

Cooking Method

1 Place 2 filter bags (do not open bags) and garlic into boiling water for 30 minutes.
2 Add meat, cover and simmer over medium flame for 1.5 hours.
3 Add soya sauce, oyster sauce and salt to taste.Serves 4-6 persons
