For your consideration is a colorful Dandy by Randi M coat or jacket.  This has a city scene that could be Venice as there are tall close buildings with boats leading up to them.  It has two pockets in the front seams and 4 buttons up the front.  Fully lined in bright pink.  Marked size 16.  Measurements:  bust 42", straight cut so hips and waist would be the same.  Sleeves from shoulder seam 25" and it is 32" long from the shoulder seams.  Clean and ready to wear.  Add some color to your fall and winter wardrobe.
