For your consideration is a vintage Union Bay Cotton Jean skirt.  This skirt has the side button closure and 2 back pockets with slits on the sides.  It has the 4 buttons for closure.  It is 16 1/2" in length and the top band is 28" and hips area is 38".  Clean.  There is some slight fray at the top band from wear, but still intact.
