For your consideration is a vintage Syroco wood Scottie dog tie rack.  This could be used for belts, scarfs or even dog leashes.  It looks like it has been painted, some paint is missing.  It is made of wood with the metal swinging hooks.  I has 8 places for hanging.  It is 8 1/2" long and almost 7" tall.  When the metal is out it is 4 1/4" deep.  It does have some chips on the ears on the back side.  Very cute.
