For your consideration is a vintage American character Corp doll.  Meet Tommy from the Toodles collection.  Tommy is all vinyl with molded hair, blue sleepy eyes and the arms and legs move.  All the eyelashes are there and there is the hole in the mouth so you can pretend to feed him with a bottle.  Tommy is dressed in a vintage 1 piece that makes him look like a girl.  You can leave it on or dress him appropriately.  The outfit is too large for this doll.  Tommy measures 22" tall.  This doll has been loved and played with so it may have a few bumps or scrapes from a past owner, but for its age looks clean.  One arm does have a white paint spot that may be able to be scraped off.  Overall a great antique for a doll collector.
