For your consideration is a Chetta B Flamingo sheath dress.  It is a size 12 but may fit larger, so please see measurements.  There are pink pom poms at the hemline and it is white with the pink flamingos all over.  the neckline has a ruffled collar.  It has a side zipper for closure.  Fabric is marked 97% cottom and 3% spandex.  No rips or stains.
